I learned new expression, "Caffeine Kick" and "See you around" during the tutoring session today.
'See you around' sounds very American style expression, and I was happy to know that.
He corrected my repeated errors of using plural on uncountable noun such as 'advice'. That was very helpful for me to make myself get more care when I use it. My English seems to be trimmed by his attentive corrections.
Even though I know the verb changes depending on the subject, I still tend to make mistakes on it. My tutor's advice on my errors in each time helps me a lot to correct myself.
He had me write down 'kw' and 'gw' this session and gave me example words to pronounce them, such as question and language. I had thought it was almost impossible for me to improve my fossilized pronunciation but I could hear my pronunciation has been remarkably improved after his training. This helped me have more motivation on improvement!
