Classroom menagement: The teacher is maintaining friendly atmosphere by lowering the students' affective level through jokes and cross-cultural exchange of life experiences.

Student Participation: The students are eager to participate in the discussion, they are excited to use new vocabulary in their speech. They express themselves without inhibitions or restrains.
Feedback Provided: The teacher points out major grammar mistakes and allows for self-correction. She encourages group discussion and student's peer assessment.
lesson (s) on teaching you learned: The students are only allowed to speak English in class. I believe this method of full immersion helps the students to stimulate their inter-language and develop their conversational skill.
