Topic/Skill: Vocabulary
This student really wants to focus on learning and practicing vocabulary. I've previously given him some tips for vocabulary memorization but he is still very keen on using the tutoring sessions to receive help with new vocabulary. This session we went over some vocabulary he would be quizzed on the next day. We focus a lot on spelling since he struggles with that. Especially the vowels are difficult for him and I tell him to remember thinking about short/long vowels (whether to add an e or not)
